OUR MISSION
Here at GC Youth our mission is to revive and transform the youth in our regions and our vision is to see a generation set on fire for Jesus and a generation who are able to find their identity in Christ.
Our Vision
GC Youth aims to reach young people in the age range of years 7-12 and disciple them as they grow and transform into the likeness of Christ as they learn to find their identity in Him. We are here to disciple the next generation of disciple makers. We declare that this generation will have kingdom mindsets and values empowered by our core values and found in a relationship with Christ.

Core Values
Am I known for honouring those around me? Honour is the recognition of glory in another. Honour will recognise and celebrate the best in people despite any differences we may have. We respond to people based on their God-given identity and the honour in our hearts, not by their behaviour or their own self-definition. Honour is shown through our language and the way we treat those who we lead, follow, love and disagree with! While honour avoids controlling others, it can also lovingly confront and discipline when necessary.
When I talk about my life, is Jesus my main focus? Our first ministry is to God and as we behold Him, we are moved to worship Him with a joyful passion. Our goal is to cultivate a deep hunger for God’s presence and a hunger and openness to experiencing the Holy Spirit to be able deepen our friendship and intimacy with God.
Am I excited or threatened when someone around me succeeds? One person’s victory on a team, if honoured, creates corporate breakthrough for everyone. God created human beings and thankfully He didn’t create us all alike! It is our own personal responsibility to value and honour the different gifts, callings, strengths and anointings that are present on our team. The diversity is what makes a team’s dynamics so strong and our team is strongest when everyone shows up as fully themselves!
Do I have a generous mindset? God is an extravagantly generous father and our generosity is a response and reflection of Him. He is a good Father who gives good gifts to His children.
Am I being discipled and do I disciple others? Jesus sets the model for discipleship so that His followers can access the freedom and life He has paid for on the Cross and has called us to live out. We need to own our personal freedom story, as our stories are the authority and grace inside of us to see breakthrough in the lives of those around us! What He has done in you He will do through you.
