Welcome to Generocity Church
From the beach to the bush – Generocity Church has a range of diverse locations across regional and rural Australia. We gather as part of our commitment to become more like Jesus Christ, with a determination to grow in courageous influence.
We are one church with a heart for reaching our communities for Jesus Christ. We’re passionate about seeing lives transformed by the love of God and our hope is for every person to discover their identity in Him.
Our Vision

OUR VISION
We are a church that cultivates discipleship communities where lives are restored and transformed. Together, we seek to know, grow, live, and share the love of Jesus

OUR VALUES
Personal Impact We are personally committed to using all that God has given us to impact the world for His glory.
Thankful Hope We live with faith-filled thankfulness and steadfast hope in all situations.
People Matter We believe every person is valuable and deserving of love, respect and care. We move beyond our comfort to care as Jesus cares.
Purposeful Prayer We are devoted to conversations with God throughout our day.
Holy Spirit Led We seek to hear and respond to the Holy Spirit in all we do.
Humble Growth We approach every situation with humility, seeking to learn from and submit to one another as we grow.

OUR MISSION
We are called to make disciples of courageous influence, people who know Jesus through a deep relationship with Him, grow in Jesus by strengthening their faith and walking in His truth, live like Jesus through love, service, and obedience, and share Jesus by bringing His message of hope to the world. Our faith is not meant to be contained; it is meant to overflow into every part of our lives, transforming our communities and pointing others to Christ.
Ever wondered how our church works organisationally?
We believe that systems and structures should support and serve the people who use them. That's why we're committed to building and maintaining structures that help our staff and volunteers to work effectively across a diverse range of community contexts, while promoting safety and dignity for all.
With this in mind, we have structures in place to provide accountability and oversight, as well as to guide our operations in the areas of finance, work health and safety, and providing safe places for vulnerable persons.
Caleb Dwyer is the Senior Pastor of Generocity Church.
Together with his wife Renee they planted 2 of our Generocity Church locations; Parkes and Bathurst which is where they now call home and continue to lead the local community. They both felt the call of ministry on their lives from an early age, both for the local church & globally, where they head up The Horizon Project, a mission based in India & Nepal.
Caleb became Senior Pastor from Ben & Libby in September 2022. Ben & Libby Staines were the founding Senior Pastors of Generocity Church which started in Narromine NSW in 2004.
